HUMAN RESOURCES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Mercan Koleji includes training and development activities in line with needs to increase the performance of human resources. The quality of the service provided is guaranteed by providing orientation training, awareness, and other knowledge and skill development training from recruitment. Training development needs are largely determined by the institution's overall goals, taking into account the competencies of employees.
Orientation Trainings
Orientation trainings at Mercan Koleji are carried out in two stages. In the first stage, there are trainings that provide information about the institution's general operation and the responsibilities of the duties assigned to new teachers. These trainings are intended to introduce new teachers to the systems implemented or being implemented in our institution. The second stage includes trainings given to teachers working in our schools to refresh and update their knowledge. These trainings provide employees with the opportunity to act together.
Knowledge/Skill Development Trainings
Knowledge/skill development trainings at Mercan Koleji take place in line with the education-training programs implemented in our schools and are determined according to the needs of our teachers. These trainings are organized to increase and improve the work and production performance of teachers, both within and outside the institution. In-house trainings provide support in target development and application areas with the participation of expert academics in their fields. Out-of-institution trainings are held with the participation of our teachers in various environments where ideas can be exchanged, organized by various organizations. The information obtained as a result of these participations is conveyed to all teachers through in-house sharing meetings.
Experience Sharing Sessions
Sharing meetings (Peer Sharing) are organized at regular intervals throughout the academic year, where our teachers share the techniques they have produced or applied with their colleagues.
